Heinz is searching for the best tailgate recipe of the season.
One lucky Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to the 2008 “Big Game”, in
Glendale, AZ., on February 3, 2008, and his/her winning recipe posted on the H.J. Heinz
Company website.
Included in the winning “Big Game” trip package will be:
2 “Big Game” Tickets
Two roundtrip airline tickets to Phoenix, Arizona
Four nights, double occupancy at a nearby hotel
Attendance at the Pre-Game/Hospitality party (3 hours before game)

To enter, print and mail a completed official entry form accompanied by a tailgate recipe that uses one or more of the

Contest starts Nov 12, 2007. Entries must be postmarked by 12/21/07 and received by 12/28/07. Limit
one entry per postmarked outer mailing envelope. No mechanical reproductions of entries
allowed. You may enter more than once, but each entry must contain a different recipe. The
recipe must be appropriate for a football tailgate party. By entering, each entrant grants
permission to use their entries, and their names and likenesses for publicity purposes
without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without
territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law).
Judging will occur on or about 1/07/08, with the winning recipe
announced on or about 1/14/08. Entries will be judged by a qualified panel of judges based
on the following criteria:
Creativity (33%)
Appropriateness to theme (34%)
Consumer appeal (33%).
In the unlikely event of a tie, tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first
judging criteria, continuing thereafter to each judging criteria in order (#1-#3), as needed, to
break the tie. Judges will include independent chefs and Heinz representatives. All judges’
decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email or telephone of their
selection. Winners will have 5 days from the time of notification to claim the prize. Winners
will be required to sign a recipe release and waiver, a release of liability and a publicity
consent agreement within 7 days of notification. If the selected winner cannot be contacted,
or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, winner is ineligible or fails to claim the
prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one prize per household.
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by
the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding. Promotional
Parties are not responsible for: late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible, unintelligible or postage due mail or entries; telephone or electronic communications
problems of any kind; any injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising in connection with or
as a result of the prize; any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with
the contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel
the contest at any time if any fraud or other problem outside the control of Sponsor impedes
the administration, security or proper play of a contestant. By participating in the contest,
each participant agrees to release and hold Promotional Parties harmless from any and all
losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in conjunction with the contest or
from possession or use of any prize or any travel related thereto, including without limitation
personal injury, death, property damage and claims based upon publicity rights, defamation
or invasion of privacy. By entering entrants agree that all recipes are the property of the
Sponsor and may be used by Sponsor in its sole discretion in any and all media now known
or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation.

National Tailgate recipe, will be posted on www.HeinzRedZone.com.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of the Official Rules and obligations of contestants and H.J. Heinz Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania without giving effect of any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions,
which could cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
